Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your personal data and any connected-platform data (including data obtained from Meta) from the Modulus platform ("Service"), operated by Martecko under Modulus Digital. We give you full control over your data and honour deletion requests promptly.
1. Disconnect a Connected Account
To remove the data and access tokens for a specific connected platform (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify) at any time:
- Sign in to Modulus and go to Settings → Connections.
- Find the platform you want to remove and click Disconnect.
- This immediately deletes the stored access credentials for that platform from our database. We do not retain the platform's access token after disconnection.
2. Delete Your Entire Account
To permanently delete your Modulus account and all associated data:
- Email us at teammodulusai@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account, all connected- platform credentials, and all associated data within 30 days of the verified request.
- You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login details.
- All connected-platform credentials and access tokens (Meta, Google, Shopify, and any other connected services).
- Your organisation, brand, and connection records.
- Any reporting data and preferences stored on your behalf.
4. Data Obtained from Meta
Modulus reads advertising performance data from Meta on a read-only basis to display it in your dashboard. We store only the encrypted access token needed to fetch this data; we do not retain copies of your Meta advertising data beyond short-lived caching for performance. Disconnecting your Meta account (Step 1) or deleting your account (Step 2) removes the stored token, after which Modulus can no longer access any Meta data on your behalf. You may also revoke Modulus's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations.
